Le Berceau Blanquette de Limoux Brut is a great inexpensive sparkling wine. At my local store it is $9.99 a bottle. Many people think of sparkling wine as an expensive treat reserved for special occasions. But I like it for "ordinary" use, too. Also try Zardetto Prosecco.
