I thought this costume was beautiful. This cosplayer told me it was an original design, not based on any anime character. I tried my best to capture it, but I don't think the photo can really convey how cool this is. The shoulders and sleeves are just amazing -- a very nice design. She was sitting at a table, not seeking a photo op, but the costume caught my eye from across the room.(Read my full report on Sakuracon 2006 at JLHLS)

Before I focussed my tired eyes I thought it was a Blackie Lawless from WASP costume - sorry!
But the click-zoom revealed my error - much improved!
