The Osaka accent is the Japanese equivalent of the American Southern accent, even though it sounds totally different. And in the same spirit of completely-different-yet-the-same, Capitol Coffee House is my neighborhood's equivalent of a fine Paris bistro, even though they are totally different.
If you live in Portland, or are visiting, you must stop by there and try the scallop crab cakes. This is one of the best dishes I've had in a long time!
