It would be funny if corporations had Salary Caps like some sports leagues do. It would help small-market corporations to be competitive with the bigger, more successful ones. And we would get to read news stories that say things like: "Motorola named a new CEO this week, but they had to transfer 2 VP's to Citigroup to stay under the salary cap."
