Willamette Week has a story on pocket bikes, and it includes a chart showing which laws apply to which vehicles, whether you have to wear a helmet, etc. The part that cracked me up is where the category says "Sidewalk Parking OK?" and for "skateboards" it says "Yes." Who the heck parks a skateboard? Wouldn't it be easier to carry it with you? "Sorry I was late, I couldn't find a parking place for my skateboard!"
